This solution is capable of reaching 64 HRC, guaranteeing high production rates with low levels of wear while maintaining the cutting edge sharpness for extended periods of time.
> Steels with greater shock resistance, such as Caldie and Vanadis 4Extra, which allow more challenging plates to be processed, with a lower risk of cracking or chipping of the tool, ensuring lower maintenance costs and avoiding downtime or even tool replacement. These materials have hardness levels of 60/62HRC, ideal for working with high tensile strength plates (AHSS) and thicker plates.
