Since 1935 we have assumed the central motivation of our activity to satisfy our customers.  In this sense, we have carried out a satisfaction survey every two years as a way of understanding the opinion of those who, for us, are the pillar of our work. Focusing on the evaluation of the products and services we provide, as well as our service, this tool allows us to perceive how to improve and direct our services and our performance to what our customers are looking for. In accordance with the internal rules, we will send the survey to a sample of 85% of our clients in order to obtain representative results.
