MACHINING STRUCTURES: CAPACITY INCREASE

Ramada Aços has been committed to the services of machining, having started with an offer of face machining steel in 1997. Since then we have not stopped investing, increasing capacity and taking responsibility in several machining services, guaranteeing to our customers quality, fulfilment of the delivery time and the safety of an exempt and suitable company in the treatment of all the orders. In 2014 we started a new route with the aim of going further in the delivery of machining services. We made the first investment in high precision machining and manufacture of customized parts, focusing on the automated production of mould structures. From September, we are more capable with the start up of two more pieces of equipment in our unit in Ovar, one milling and another deep drilling, dedicated to this service. At the same time we are providing support systems to these services, as is the case of the Ramada Cloud Machining for sending the machining projects. This platform was created exclusively to foster and facilitate the process of sending the projects of each client, allowing restricted access to each user. Clients must request their password in order to access this tool and thus perform all the exchange of information regarding their projects. Being currently qualified for the Execution of Face Machining, Eyelets and Chamfers, Flat Rectifications, Water Drilling, Slabs and Pre-Finishes and Custom Parts Manufacturing, we continue to encourage investment in our responsiveness as well as in the improvement of services.
