Face machining consists of first roughing/cleaning of the faces of the material to obtain a block with the dimensions required in the drawing (c x l x e), leaving an excess thickness of 0.5 mm for rectification. Length/Width Tolerance: -0 + 0.2; thickness tolerance: -0 + 0.5 mm.

This service can be applied to the entire range of steel for moulds, as well as the processing of die-cast plates for the mould and die industry and metal mechanics in general.

Subsequent to the face machining it may also include the rectification service in cases that require more rigour.
