Injection Liners

Injection liners are accelerating-wear elements in a lightweight injection mould. They are subjected to high thermal fatigue due to the length of time that they are in contact with the cast and the lack of lubrication (common in the moulding zone). The materials to be used have to be of superior quality to overcome these adversities.
